ESI[tronic] 2.0: Package Truck with information about Vehicle Diagnosis

The ESI[tronic] 2.0 Diagnostic Software here is operated on a Bosch convertible PC, the DCU 220.

The Diagnostic Scan Tool KTS Truck is connected via the OBD interface, and transmits the data to the diagnostic software ESI[tronic] 2.0 with package Truck.

ESI[tronic] 2.0 with package Agricultural Vehicles (OHW 1): Actual value and min/max nominal value, to calibrate the gearbox.

ESI[tronic] 2.0 with Package Construction Vehicles and Engines (OHW 2): Troubleshooting by symptoms, example: exhaust gas recirculation does not work.

ESI[tronic] 2.0 is a comprehensive and reliable diagnostic software solution for all kinds of commercial vehicles. Workshops can choose between three licensable data packages and combine them if required: Truck Package (light and heavy commercial vehicles, trailers, transporters, buses), Agricultural Vehicles Package (OHW 1) and Construction Vehicles and Engines Package (OHW 2).

The Diagnostic Software ESI[tronic] 2.0 is characterised by its intuitive operation – for particularly efficient working. Thanks to regular automatic software updates, workshops stay up to date for professional service, maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles.

The diagnostic software ESI[tronic] 2.0 for commercial vehicles is used in conjunction with the KTS Truck diagnostic tool from Bosch, in combination with a workshop PC, laptop or a DCU from Bosch.

Truck Package

The Truck Package supports workshops with reliable diagnosis, complete maintenance and efficient repairs of all common light and heavy commercial vehicles, trailers, transporters and buses in Europe, Asia, North and South America. The ECU diagnosis features: Read out of diagnostic trouble codes, providing an option to delete them, selecting of actual values, enabling actuators, reset service intervals and coding of components, as well as technical information about components.

In addition to the ECU diagnosis, the software also contains technical information such as wiring diagrams, service and repair instructions as well as system information for a wide range of vehicles.

Agricultural Vehicles Package

The diagnostic software ESI[tronic] 2.0 with the Agricultural Vehicles Package (OHW 1) provides workshops with information about the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of vehicles used in agriculture, as well as construction vehicles and engines. Licenses for package OHW 1 can be used in conjunction with the Truck Package and/or with the OHW 2 Package, but may also be used independently.

In addition, the Agricultural Vehicles Package (OHW 1) provides setting and parameterization functions as well as diagnosis of hydraulic systems. Also, the diagnostic software offers technical details about the installation and removal of components.

Construction Vehicles and Engines Package

The diagnostic software ESI[tronic] 2.0 with the package Construction vehicles and engines (OHW 2) provides workshops with information about the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of vehicles used in agriculture, as well as construction vehicles and engines. Licenses for package OHW 2 can be used in conjunction with the Truck package and/or with the package OHW 2, but may also be used independently.

In addition, the package Construction vehicles and engines (OHW 1) provides setting and parameterization functions as well as diagnosis of hydraulic systems. Also, the diagnostic software offers technical details about the installation and removal of components.
